Each piece is handmade in Jennifer's workshop. This is not the sort of detailed work that can be done any way other than by hand! And it means that each piece can be customized exactly to the customer's preferences.
We use only the highest quality jewelry components. All of our silver is .925 sterling, the crystals are swarovski, the pearls are fresh water, the semi-precious stones are genuine and the beads are all the finest Italian glass.
All jewelry should be cared for as you would any fine piece of jewelry. Silver polishing clothes are recommended for the silver components and can be purchased on our site. A soft cloth is all that is needed to wipe the photo area.

We stand behind our products 110% and guarantee that they will be perfect when you receive them. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of your piece, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Security Guarantee
We go to great lengths to keep your financial information private and safe. All transactions are processed securely by either Beanstream or PayPal and occur in a secure area of our site, to protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected. If that security were ever breached, we would pay any and all fees that resulted.
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately.
When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our partners' site. A warning window may pop up to notify you that you are entering this "safe" area. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a closed lock will appear in the lower left hand corner of your screen to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.
In the unlikely event that anything happened with your credit card transaction, we would assume all liability. We'd work with your card company to cover any cost and to minimize hassle for you. Our commitment in this regard is total and unconditional.
